This event is for SME contractors interested in the available work within Housing Executive Private Sector Grants in the Belfast area

The Housing Executive Belfast and South East Grants Team, along with the Radius Housing Staying Put Team, will be joining Belfast City Council for this free Meet the Buyer event.

The event is for small to medium-sized contractors in the construction sector interested in information about the available work within Housing Executive Private Sector Grants in the Belfast area.

Architects and other design professionals who would be interested in becoming involved in the design of Disabled Adaptations to private properties for Housing Executive Private Sector Grants are also welcome to attend.

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive and Radius will share information regarding available grant work for private homeowners (not linked to procurement of Housing Executive landlord contracts).

The purpose of the event is to encourage micro enterprises and SMEs to get involved in carrying out Affordable Warmth Scheme and Home Improvement Grants to private dwellings.

Officers from Belfast City Council will also be available to discuss the free business mentoring support and workshops available to help your business grow.
