Online event will explore the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on employment issues, including recruitment, management, and bias.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development branch in Northern Ireland, in partnership with the Equality Commission, is hosting an online session looking at the impact of AI on employment.

Why attend this event?

The session will cover how AI is used in recruitment and staff management. It will also highlight key risks including bias and discrimination and provide guidance for employers on managing these risks. Participants will gain practical insights into using AI responsibily to enhance HR practices.
