The two-day Hospitality Exchange conference on 17 and 18 October 2023 is packed with guest speakers discussing all things hotels, food, drink and tourism.

Guest chef, Tom Booton from The Dorchester in London, will join the 2023 line-up to discuss his journey from commis chef at 15 to heading up his own restaurant in London.
