Defence Relationship Management (DRM) is the single point of contact linking employers with the Ministry of Defence (MOD).

DRM can advise you on:

• how to develop a Reservist human resources policy
• Reservists' training obligations
• employers' rights and responsibilities
• the benefits of employing Reservists
• mobilisation issues
