The Windsor Framework

The Windsor Framework introduced new arrangements for the movement of goods between Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and Northern Ireland, effective from 1 May 2025.

The Windsor Framework has been implemented in stages, with the main arrangements now in place and further adjustments and reviews continuing. For details of the changes, refer to the Windsor Framework timeline.
